2020 Godramstein Münzberg Spätburgunder VDP.Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Very slightly mushroomy scent of ripe red and some black berries with delicate tobacco aromas, hints of root vegetables and noticeable alcohol. Tart fruit with woody, dried-vegetable, nutty and slightly smoky tones, some chocolatey wood, lots of warming alcohol, a trace of malt in the background, also a little liquorice, salty and chalky hints, a little melting contours, very good, somewhat preserved-fruity, again also slightly malty and almost alcoholic finish with some acid bite.
