Cool, quite polished and rather cool, delicately smoky and nutty aroma with rather bright, almost cool yellow-fruity aromas with a hint of egg white and light floral tones. Clear, fine-juicy, polished fruit, nutty, fine-vegetable and a hint of mushroomy aromas, very fine acidity, delicate grip, yeasty hints, good persistence, hints of smoke and tobacco, chalky minerality, very good, quite firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
