Relatively cool and fine, somewhat nutty and yeasty, mushroomy and hints of spicy pome and stone fruit aromas with a hint of dried herbs, spring onions and brioche. Clear, firm, sweetish fruit with a hint of fresh skin, raspberries and liquorice, fine perlage, good persistence, some depth, salty and chalky minerality, hints of bread crust and chanterelles, grippy phenolic, very good, slightly sweet finish with bite
