Nutty and a little floral fragrance with pome fruit accented yellow fruity and also a little vegetable notes. Astringent fruit with nutty and again vegetable aromas, slightly mushy, smoky and bacon-like on the palate, fine acidity, delicate touch in the background salty hints, good persistence, a hint of smoke, good to very good, quite tight finish with bite
