2019 Godramstein Münzberg Spätburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken "Schlangenpfiff", Pfalz, Germany

Quite firm red and black berry nose with dried floral tones, a little tomato and moderate wood nuances and marzipan. Tart, almost cool fruit with nutty and clearly chocolatey spice, a touch of tomato and red pepper on the palate, good persistence, a hint of salt, crumbly tannin, hints of ethereal spice, very good finish with salt and again also milk chocolate.
