2019 Brut Pinot Sekt, Pfalz, Germany

Nutty, slightly smoky and dried floral aroma with tart stone fruit notes, delicate ethereal spice, some wood, tobacco and pepper. Taut, ripe fruit with tart nutty, yeasty and slightly tobacco notes, quite fine mousseux and some acid bite, lots of grip, smoky and a little herbal notes, persistent on the palate, some depth, has tension, substance and pressure, a little nut butter and pepper, very good, firm, slightly smoky finish.
