2019 Weißburgunder Brut, Pfalz, Germany

Clearly herbal and very slightly mushroomy nose with light pome fruit notes, a hint of ginger and yeasty tones. Somewhat sweetish, bright fruit with yeasty and herbal to slightly herbal aromas, quite fine mousseux, delicate acidity, good persistence, chalky hints, a touch of red berries, good to very good, again slightly sweet finish.
