Clear, firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty notes, fairly lively, very slightly lemony acidity, light bite and delicate grip, good substance and persistence, light mineral notes, some depth, has both warm and cool elements, fairly creamy, good to very good, firm, slightly nutty, juicy finish.
