Cool, nutty citrus aroma with moderate fiber tones, hinted smoke, bread crust, and fine herbal nuances. Clear, herbaceous, juicy, cool, and quite polished fruit, delicate yeasty nuances, and again restrained wood hints, very fine yet lively acidity, persistent on the palate, some creaminess, smoky nuances, some depth, relatively pronounced minerality, a hint of tobacco, very good, firm, herbaceous, juicy finish with bite and fine spice. Still in top form.

Firm, tangy-juicy, quite noble fruit, fine, a little nutty wood, polished acidity, delicate yeasty nuances, also herbal notes, clear minerality, has grip, some depth, firm structure, still young, elegant style, very good, firm, again quite juicy finish with draught. Editor note: Firm, fairly cool nose, elegant vegetal notes, still slightlyyeasty, light yellow fruit aromas, nutty notes, light mineral notes. Ripe, firm, bone dry fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, nutty and yeasty notes, earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, good substance and persistence, light tannic grip, some depth, hint of mushrooms and bacon, still very slightly rough on a very good, firm finish.
