Fairly firm, tart, cool nose, light nutty and vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, light nutty notes and some vanilla. Fairly firm, creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty traces, hint of bacon, fairly lively acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, lemony notes, full body, noticeable watm alcohol, but also has some bite, still undeveloped, good to very good, again slightly lemony finish.
