Clear, polished nose, yeasty traces, hint of bacon, light yellow fruit and nutty aromas, floral traces and light mineral notes. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty notes, hint of white pepper, light earthy and salty notes, delicate hint of bacon, vegetal notes, some bite, good persistence, light tannic touch, good to very good finish.
