2017 Grauburgunder trocken VDP.Gutswein, Pfalz, Germany

Clear nose, light nutty notes, still slightly yeasty, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light earthy traces. Clear, tart, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, very elegant and fairly lively acidity, touch of caron dioxide, light tannic touch, salty notes in the background, still undeveloped, nutty traces, polished on a good finish.
