Nutty nose, partly dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly elegant, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, floral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, fresh vegetal anddelicate floral notes, still slightly yeasty, slightly creamy, persistent, elegant style, some depth, light mineral notes, hint of bacon, very good cool, polished finish.
