Cool, tart nose, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous as well as delicate floral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, persistent, fairly fine mousse, light grip, delicate hint of red berries in the background, good substance, nutty and more yeasty notes on a very good, fairly juicy finish.
