2016 Godramstein Weißburgunder trocken Löß-Lehm, Ortswein, Pfalz, Germany

Tart nose, still closed, nutty and dried herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, ripe citrus and stone fruit, yeasty notes, some hop flowers, light earthy and mineral notes. Clear, polished, firm, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, touch of olive oil, very fresh, almost sharp, at the same time very elegant vegetal aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, light tannic touch, persistent, some depth, light nutty and more yeasty notes, hint of ash, still very young, clear contours, very good tart, firm, juicy finish.
