Clear, cool, polished, tart, light fresh fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, delicate hint of almonds, lively, elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, salty traces, some depth, prominent bite, white pepper in the background, hint of red berries, clear contours, very good firm, cool, elegant, juicy finish.
