Nutty and somewhat vegetal to herbaceous citrus and pomaceous fruit nose with buttery traces, delicate barrel notes and a hint of mushrooms. Tart, somewhat developed fruit with nutty and smoky barrel tones, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, again a hint of butter and mushrooms, persistent on the palate, relatively powerful, but balanced and with a certain polish, some depth, light minerality, very good, firm finish with spice and juice.

Ripe, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, vegetal, delicate yeasty and nutty traces, prominent cool mineral notes, delicately sweetish and creamy, but also has firm bite, full-bodied, but remains quite elegant, has some depth, very elegant hint of mushrooms, clear contours, very good finish.
