2014 trocken Cuvée Rubidus, Gutswein, Pfalz, Germany

Clear, fairly tart nose, delicate nutty oak, black and a few red berries. Fairly polished, juicy, predominantly dark fruit on the palate, delicate acid bite, fairly fine tannins, moderate oak, earthy traces, dried vegetal traces, light salty touch, fairly persistent, polished, good to very good tart, elegant, juicy finish.
