Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, very fine, fairly moderate mousse, persistent, very slightly off-dry, but very harmonious, some depth, spicy traces in the background, dried floral traces, touch of brioche, delicate hint of oak on a very good, juicy finish. Excellent partner with food.
