2013 Brut Pinot Sekt, Pfalz, Germany

Light yeasty and delicate nutty notes on the nose, elegant vegetal aromas, pomaceous fruit, touch of sugar candy, floral traces. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, very fine, fairly moderate mousse, persistent, very slightly off-dry, but very harmonious, some depth, spicy traces in the background, dried floral traces, touch of brioche, delicate hint of oak on a very good, juicy finish. Excellent partner with food.
