Fairly mture, cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of wasabi, floral and mineral traces. Fairly tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and light yeasty notes, light nutty oak, touch of wasabi again, fairly elegant acidity, delicate tannic grip, smoky traces, fairly persistent, buttery traces, tart fruit on a good to very good finish.

Editor note: Fairly mature nose with prominent vegetal notes, citrus and stione fruit and some pineapple, hint of capers, light earthy and mineral notes. Bone dry, restrained fruit on the palate, light touch of root vegetables, light yeasty notes, light earthy as well as salty and chalky mineral notes, lively acidity, light tannic grip, hint of bacon, good persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very slightly astringent on a good to very good, tart finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Herber Zitrusduft mit säuerlichen Apfelnoten, deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, etwas Unterholz und erdiger Mineralik. relativ fest gewirkte,. feinsaftige, völlig trockene Frucht, nussige Holzwürze und an Brokkoli und Kohlrabi erinnernde fein-vegetabile Aromen, erdig bis mineralisch im Hintergrund, leichter Gerbstoff, tabakige Nuancen und ein Hauch Kakao, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
