Clearly planty citrus nose with pome fruit nuances, floral traces and light mineral notes. Ripe, quite firm and juicy fruit, clearly vegetable aromas, lively acidity and quite clear minerality, noticeable alcohol, good persistence, some warmth, but also bite, nutty notes, very good, tart, again a little warm finish with ginger notes. A much better bottle than the last one 3 years ago

Editor note: Wilted plant fragrance with notes of candied pineapple, some root vegetables and citrus fruits with floral nuances. Calm, warm fruit, again clearly vegetal, sweetish enamel and lots of alcohol, candied ginger in the background, slightly withered tones, mellow, yet somewhat opaque and drying tannin, not too deep, candy tones in the alcohol-warm finish. Over his best time.

Editor note: Translate to English Recht kühler, noch etwas gedeckter Apfel-Zitrusduft mit nussigen und leicht vegetabilen Aromen, holzigen Spuren und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Kräftig und schmelzig im Mund, reife, geschliffene Frucht mit feinen nussigen und vegetabilen Aromen, sehr feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Mineralik im Hintergrund, leicht spürbarer Alkohol, der sich mit Luft aber gut einbindet, fester Bau, sehr guter Abgang, wieder mit nussigen, pflanzlichen und mineralischen Tönen.
