Nutty nose, waxy and light yeasty notes, light vegetal notes, restrained, light yellow fruit aromas, earthy notes, hint of mushrooms. Ripe, light fruit on the palate, light oak, nutty and light buttery notes, light vegetal no9tes in the background, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, creamy, noticeable warm alcohol, mineral and delicate smoky notes in the background, delicate tannic grip on a good to very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Kühler und eher herber Kernobstduft mit Zitrusnoten, moderaten Holztönen, etwas Mineralik und feinen vegetabilen Aromen. Herbe Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabil, etwas erdig und auch leicht altholzig, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralisch, bei aller Kraft eher kühler Stil, nicht allzu tief, guter, herber Abgang.
