Old gold colour. Light vegetal notes on the nose, delicate buttery traces, preserved yellow fruit, light nutty and earthy notes, hint of caramel, some yellow flowers. Fairly cool on the palate, fruit still juicy, fresh vegetal notes, lively acidity, slightly muted, earthy and mineral notes, salty traces and a hint of olive oil, fairly persistent, some bite, quite firm, hint of black berries, very good, slightly tart finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich kräuterwürziger und auch mineralischer Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, grünen Äpfeln und Steinobst mit tabakigen Spuren. Eher schlank im Mund, feinsaftige, leicht zitronige Frucht mit pflanzlichen und mineralischen Noten, feine, präsente Säure, zart altholzig wirkende Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, wirkt in sich geschlossen, sehr guter Abgang.
