2018 Asselheim St.Stephan Gewürztraminer trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Floral and light dried vegetal notes on the nose, lychee and yellow fruit, touch of exotic fruit, light peppery notes and some rhubarb. Ripe, sweetish, creamy fruit on the palate, some exotic fruit and a hint of red berries, touch of sugar candy, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, hint of blood orange, good substance and persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, herbaceous traces, floral aromas reminiscent of rose leaves, light mineral notes, touch of juniper on a good to very good finish.
