Nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, yeasty and delicate floral notes, citrus and apple fruit. Sweetish fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and tart nutty notes, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, fairly fine mousse, moderate tannic grip, good persistence and substance, mineral and very light floral traces, full body, some bite on a good to very good, sweetish, elegant, juicy finish.
