Translate to English Nussiger, getrocknet-pflanzlicher, etwas erdiger und hefiger Duft nach mürbem Kernobst mit einem Hauch Zitrusfrüchte. Ziemlich süße Frucht mit feinem, eher moderatem Mousseux, leichten Kandisnoten, etwas Hefe und gewürzigen Tönen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nussige Anklänge, auch im Abgang für "brut" eigentlich schon zu süß schmeckend.
