Translate to English Herbe, etwas altholzige Nase nach roten Beeren und ein wenig Kräutern mit salzig-erdigen, einen Hauch animalischen und zedrigen Noten. Klar im Mund, feinsaftig und schmelzig, typische Frucht mit zarten Champignontönen, vegetabilen Noten und etwas altem Holz, mürbes Tannin, viel Schmelz, gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht deutliche Mineralik, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
