2016 Hessigheim Riesling trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Fairly firm yeasty nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate spice, citrus, pomaceous and some stone fruit, earthy, mineral and very light peppery notes. Clear, dry, tranquil fruit on the palate, quite firm, elegant vegetal and floral notes, light yeasty notes, persistent, good substance in spite of the low level of alcohol, mineral traces, good to very good finish.
