Firm, somewhat peppery and a touch bitter-chocolatey and smoky aroma of ripe mainly black berries and cherries with hints of meaty notes. Clear, tart, relatively cool dark fruit with peppery and dried herbal aromas, hints of smoke and also toasty traces, taut, rather fine tannins, animating bite, persistent on the palate, salt in the background, elegant style, emphatically tart, very good, taut finish with bite. Has actually gained noticeably once again and is currently drinking wonderfully.
