Restrained, tart, herbal fragrance with very fine white and yellow fruity notes, a hint of pak choi and some celery. Firmly woven, clear, tangy fruit, fresh vegetal aromas, some smoke and delicately woody notes, fine, quite lively acidity, some grip, hints of yellow spice, salt in the background, a hint of dark berries, has certain power and at the same time polish, very good, tight, tangy and finely spicy finish with peppery traces.
