Rather tart, slightly nutty aroma of mixed berries with a touch of cherries, hints of dried tomatoes, clearly wild mushrooms, floral nuances and a hint of tobacco and toasty wood. Firmly woven, tart, quite fresh fruit, a little bacon and peppery-animalic tones, root vegetables, pepper and mushrooms, a certain acidity, persistent on the palate, again tomato hints, hints of Mediterranean herbs, a hint of soot, salty minerality, very good, firm, tart, rather cool and again relatively fresh finish with bite and still slightly drying wood.
