Quite firm and fine, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and hints of vegetal to herbal scents of predominantly dark berries and a little cherry with slightly animal notes. Tart, juicy fruit with slightly minty hints, a hint of leather and juniper, ripe, fine sandy tannins, toasty and nutty wood tones in the background, not too deep, a hint of smoked salt in the good to very good finish.
