Firm, herbaceous-vegetal scent, clearly reminiscent of rose blossoms with rather tart yellow-fruity notes and hints of smoke and bacon. Ripe, warm, firm, sweetish, juicy fruit with distinct floral aromas, dried vegetable tones and a little yellow spice, fine acidity, handle of crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, much power, again smoky to bacon nuances, chalky minerality, very good, warm, spicy, again sweetish finish
