Developed, somewhat malty, woody, hinted tobacco and roasted aroma with warm predominantly dark fruit flavors as well as a touch of herbs and soy. Ripe, developed dark fruit, a lot of smoky wood, crumbly-sandy, quite present, slightly drying tannins, malty nuances and a bit of liquorice, a bit of soot in the background, quite strong body, very good, again woody and warm finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Erdiger und vegetabiler, etwas an Paprika erinnernder Duft nach angetrockneten und teils überreifen schwarzen und roten Beeren mit deutlich malzigen Tönen, viel Rauch und etwas Kandis. Auch im Mund teils getrocknet wirkende, überreife und etwas malzige Frucht mit viel rauchiger und rußig-röstiger Holzwürze, präsentes, teils sandig-trocknendes Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, spürbarer Alkohol, im Hintergrund erdig und etwas gebrannt-vegetabil, gewisse Mineralik, wird mit Luft straffer, tiefer und harmonischer, sehr guter, noch leicht nachtrocknender Abgang. Muss reifen.
