Wild quinces on the nose, light earthy and burnt notes. Shows some signs of maturity on the palate, preserved quinces, some green star fruit, woody apples and some more earthy notes, also slightly bitter, integrated acidity, has substance, varietal character and shows its origin, piquant bitter note on an attractive to good finish.
