Slightly perfumed nose, marshmallow, medicinal herbs, hint of rose water. More rose water on the palate, partly candied ripe apples and melon, sweetish alcohol, prominent herbaceous notes, mineral notes, bitter note typical of the variety, almost imperceptible acidity, totally dry, at the same time voluminous and quite creamy, apples and some sharp alcoholic notes on a good long finish. Harmonious in spite of the high alcohol.
