Cool, somewhat vegetal nose, citrus pomaceous fruit with light nutty notes, some smoke, hay, pepper and a hint of herbs. Tart, bright, again cool fruit, vegetal to herbaceous, slightly yeasty and smoky tones, nutty wood, fine acidity and crumbly tannin, chalky and salty minerality in the background, light oak notes, good to very good, cool finish.
