Cool, somewhat herbal and clearly yeasty citrus pome fruit nose with nutty hints as well as a hint of mushrooms and smoke. Tart, again cool, fine-juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty and smoky tones, somewhat planty to herbal on the palate, sautéed mushrooms, good persistence, relatively fine mousseux and some grip, a hint of tobacco in the background, peppery traces, very good, fine-juicy and -spicy finish with some pull. Convincing.
