with restrained, tart yellow-fruity notes as well as a hint of ash and wax. Sweet-tart, slightly muted fruit, nutty, yeasty and planty tones, hints of smoke on the palate, medium-fine mousseux, noticeable tannin, floral and dark berry hints, some persistence, candy tones, good, sweetish, only also somewhat rough finish.
