Nutty, finely vegetal, bacony and a hint of tobacco on the nose, ripe citrus fruit, pomaceous fruit and some stone fruit with peppery traces, chanterelles, parsley and a little yellow spice. Ripe, somewhat melting, slightly warm fruit, nutty and somewhat smoky wood spice, partly brown butter on the palate, vegetable tones in the background, moderate acidity, crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, clear minerality in the background, also root vegetables, very good, firm, again slightly smoky finish.
