A somewhat floral and herbal nose with mixed berries and a hint of cherries, with slightly tobacco-like barrel tones, roasting stock with root vegetables and tomato notes. Firmly structured, bitter, ripe, juicy fruit, smoky, tobacco-like and subtly leathery tones, also nutty wood in the background, dried-plant to herbal aromas, persistent, slightly chalky and salty, has power, a bit of ash in the background, a touch of eggplant and black olives, fine sandy, a hint of drying tannin, very good finish.
