Somewhat developed, restrained smoky and hinted barrel-spicy aroma of ripe red and some black berries with notes of almonds, hazelnut, fine vegetal nuances and a hint of tobacco. Ripe, juicy, dense fruit, nutty flavours, hints of smoke and a hint of roasting, ripe, crumbly tannins, very fine acidity, ethereal notes on the palate, persistent, good depth, distinct minerality, quite complex, very good, juicy, spicy and mineral finish. In top condition.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, noch eine Spur reduktiver, etwas nussiger, getrocknet-kräuteriger und speckiger Duft nach reifen roten und ein wenig schwarzen Beeren mit Kirscharomen, angedeutet Rauch und Tabak sowie deutlicher, erdiger Mineralik und ein wenig Wurzelgemüse. Fest und herb im Mund, konzentrierte, saftige Frucht mit ein wenig nussigem, rauchigem und speckigem Holz, wieder auch vegetabile Aromen, präsente, jugendliche, dabei recht feine, reife, fast süße Tannine, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kompakter Bau, noch leicht trocknend, angedeutet Orangenzesten, erdige bis salzige Mineralik, gute Tiefe, sehr guter, straffer Abgang mit Griff, herbem Saft und Zug. Muss reifen.
