Translate to English Rehbraun. Gewürzige und an Brotrinde erinnernde Nase mit Noten teils getrockneter überwiegend roter Beeren, ein wenig Speck, angedeutet Wacholder, getrocknetem Wurzelgemüse und Malz. Ziemlich saftige, entwickelte Frucht, etwas malzig, speckig und vegetabil, rauchig-röstige Nuancen, feines, mürb-sandiges Tannin, eine Spur Salz, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Wärme, schon merklich gereift und wohl auch etwas über den Zenit, aber immernoch schön zu trinken, recht deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter, wieder etwas malziger Abgang.
