Klar und geradlinig im Mund, etwas mineralisch, zartfruchtig und wieder ein wenig stängelig-vegetabil, feine, lebendige Säure, eine Spur Holunder und Nussschale, leichter Gerbstoff, mineralische Spuren, ordentlicher bis guter, leicht nachtrocknender Abgang.

Stängelige und holunderartige Noten im Mund, sehr schlank wirkende Frucht, feine, präsente Säure, gewisses Spiel, eher kühl am Gaumen, hat Biss, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, mineralische Anklänge, guter Abgang.
