2002 Laumersheim Mandelberg Grauburgunder Spätlese trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Herbal nose, citrus aromas with notes of apricots and green berries. Light-bodied, quite juicy fruit with lively acidity, spicy grip on the palate, quite well structured, prominent primary fruit, good finish. Pleasant to drink, but could not be identified as a Pinot Gris.
