Tart, clear nose, mixed berries and a few cherries, herbaceous traces, hint of beet root. Clear, polished, tart, fairly cool fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, hint of citrus zests, prominent acid bite, fine tannins, delicate salty traces, noticeable acid bite again on a good, fresh finish.
