Brut Pinot Rosé, Baden, Germany

Relatively cool, yeasty and floral nose with pome fruit notes, a little red and black fruit, hints of mushrooms as well as peppery and smoky nuances. Relatively sweet fruit with nutty, smoky and a little dried-vegetable to tobacco aromas, some power and persistence, very slight warmth, delicately peppery spice, a hint of salt, good to very good, again a little sweet finish with floral nuances and a hint of paprika.
