Quite cool, still a little yeasty, also nutty and delicately floral nose with pome fruit notes and citrus hints. Clear, somewhat melting, quite sweet fruit, fine acidity, nutty and delicately caramel notes, a hint of yeast, fine acidity, certain persistence, a hint of salt, floral nuances, again strikingly sweet in the good finish.
