2019 Pinot Noir trocken, Baden, Germany

Tart, slightly nutty and a hint of bacon on the nose, mixed berries with a hint of sour cherries and vegetal nuances. Clear, quite juicy fruit with some roasted and bitter chocolate wood spice, ripe, crumbly-sandy, quite fine tannins, some bite, a certain persistence, some melting on the palate, sooty traces, very light plummy tones, good to very good, juicy, smoky and woody finish.
