Restrained, clearly vegetal nose with bright yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and a hint of wax. Clear, polished fruit that seems almost cool despite the relatively high alcohol, delicately smoky and light woody hints, fine, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, fresh vegetal flavours, salt in the background, good to very good, quite tight, yet slightly alcoholic finish at the end.
